Level of Education:- Bachelor in IT, or Result awaiting
Must have valid driving license and Motorbike
Technical Skills:  Basic knowledge of hardware and networking, router and switches.

Job Description:
Current Role and Responsibilities:

  • Follow up the task assigned.
  • Coordination between the intra department 
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
  • Develop diagnostic skills with solution in mind
  • Involve or initiate field support to diagnose initial offsite problem (Form  design / Standard Test Report) in mentoring capacity
  • Update  task as action taken to troubleshoot with common title and clear language as per clientele
  • Actively participate in the training (Tech and non-tech) to develop the learning
  • Other Office duties (technical)
  • Assigned by senior authority
