Job Description:
Current Role and Responsibilities:
- Follow up the task assigned.
- Coordination between the intra department
- Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications
- Develop diagnostic skills with solution in mind
- Involve or initiate field support to diagnose initial offsite problem (Form design / Standard Test Report) in mentoring capacity
- Update task as action taken to troubleshoot with common title and clear language as per clientele
- Actively participate in the training (Tech and non-tech) to develop the learning
- Other Office duties (technical)
