Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelors’ degree completed in Management faculty
  • Minimum 1 of year of experience as Assistant HR or Assistant Admin

Job Skills Required:

  • Accounting, including Tally, skills are mandatory
  • Manual Accounting skills are a massive plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory
  • Excellent command in English language (Written and Spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)
  • Presentation skills are mandatory
  • Ability to speak in front of a large audience
  • Ability to arrange meetings with clients as well as members of Broadway Infosys
  • Soft-spoken, calmness and time-efficiency are must
  • Capability of “Record Maintenance” is a plus
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management decision, and most of all, should have the mentality to learn on-the-job

Job Description:

  • Responding to employee questions
  • Processing incoming mail(s)
  • Creating and delivering documents
  • Providing customer service to staff of the company
  • Acting as a point of contact for clients / administrators
  • Maintaining the computer system by reviewing and entering data
  • Maintaining HR management team schedules
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and designing spreadsheets
  • Resolving the complaints of customers via phone, mail, email or social media
  • Using phones to contact customers and verify account information
  • Greeting customers in a warm and friendly way
  • Advising on company information
  • Suggest solutions if any issue(s) arise
  • Inform customer of positive change(s) in the organization
  • Assist in changes of contracts
  • Act as the gatekeeper of the company
  • Record the complaints, from employees or clients, and report to the seniors
  • Take payment information and other information like addresses and phone numbers
  • Use the social media in order to keep in touch with clients
