We are searching for an experienced and creative UI/UX Designer who can deliver their knowledge to aspiring candidates! Here are the duties and responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, Figma, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Must have the confidence to deliver their knowledge to various personnel: beginner to expert levels
  • Communication skills, in Nepali and English, are a must
  • Delivery of knowledge in a polite and understandable way is mandatory
  • Must have the attitude to make personnel understand
  • As the students and types vary, the instructor should be able to identify the requirements of the students as per the need
  • In order to deliver the course successfully, out-of-the-box thinking is necessary
  • The ability to take actions and explain such actions is mandatory
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

Job Description:

  • Deliver the UI UX Design knowledge to the students whilst remaining inside the course curriculum present on our website
  • Make suggestions to the management team if there are any additions or subtractions needed to the course content
  • Should strictly follow the procedure of teaching at Broadway Infosys
  • Find out the skills of the students via tests, time-to-time
  • Provide real-life experience to students in order to inspire them
  • Make facts and figures speak so that students are highly engaged in the course
  • Projects need to be completed from time to time and inform the management team about the performance of the students
  • Teach students via online as well as onsite means and make sure that the pre-defined time duration to complete the course is not exceeded
