Job Description

  • To handle customer complaints
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs for providing required solutions
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Provide field-based Support at the customer end if required

Job Specification

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Applicant must have completed minimum +2 degree
  • Candidates having CCNA course will be highly preferred
  • Preference will be provided to candidates having own Bike with valid driving license
