- To handle customer complaints
- Identify and assess customers’ needs for providing required solutions
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provide field-based Support at the customer end if required
Job Specification
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Applicant must have completed minimum +2 degree
- Candidates having CCNA course will be highly preferred
- Preference will be provided to candidates having own Bike with valid driving license
