Qualification & Education Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any Stream, preference for Hotel Management.
• Self-motivated and focused on goal attainment
• Previous experience in similar capacity would be an asset.
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Networking will be given preference
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to make quick, accurate and timely decisions within the scope of the position

Job Description:

• Install company software suite at customer sites.
• Configure and ensure software changes to system to assist in business organizational changes.
• Analyze system and compile system change needs as requested by customer.
• Improve software to meet customer’s business needs and follow best practices, standards and documentation.
• Extend user support and training to customer and support users.
• Record and manage customer specific implementation user guides for company application’s user community.
• Configure changes and upgrade software systems.
• Load baseline security data to Client database.
• Perform various tests on process with help of test cases and prepare documents for same and coordinate with manager to resolve all issues within required timeframe and inform management of any delays.
• Collaborate with development team to design new programs for all client implementation activities and manage all communication with department to resolve all issues and assist implementation analyst to manage all production data.
• Perform research on all client issues and document all findings and implement all technical activities with help of metadata registry.
• Prepare and maintain all technical and business documents and collaborate with clients, sales department and IT department to provide support to all issues.
• Establish all technical project requirements and maintain effective professional relationships with all clients and organize all project materials.
• Assist clients to monitor all software implementation lifecycle and assist make appropriate customization to all software for clients.
