Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

Job Description:

  • Handle all telephone calls
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing emails to and from the office
  • Handle all the visitors
  • Assist the manager and academic counselor in day-to-day activities
  • Maintain a register of resource persons
  • Support in the day-to-day administration of the office
  • Coordinate for procurement and services required for the office
  • Maintain daily reports and submit to the management
  • Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail

We are looking for a competitive and enthusiastic candidate for the post of Front Desk Officer who can be the first point of contact for all customers of a business. They greet customers, answer phones, receive and deliver mail, and assist with maintaining and ordering office supplies. 

Note: The vacancy for the morning shift is only for 4 hours from 6:00 Am to 10:00 Am (part-time).
