As a Student Support Officer at Broadway Infosys, you are expected to have the following:

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Any bachelor’ Degree with computer knowledge is mandatory
  • Knowledge of MS Office Package, Email is a must
  • Must be able to communicate with clients, partners, and above all, students of all age groups
  • Must possess excellent Nepali and English language abilities – communication via both is a must
  • The ability to check the quality and identify issues, related to grammar, is an addition
  • Must have the attitude to learn on-the-job
  • Should be able to multi-task as various types of tasks need to be handled
  • Polite and public speaking is a must
  • Must be a quick thinker and be able to generate ideas on-the-spot
  • The ability to work as a team and under pressure is a must

Job Description:

  • Handle messages, inquiries, and calls that arrive at the office
  • Handle the emails that are received or forwarded as per the need
  • Manage the data by entering them in as received via all emails, and phone calls
  • Handle the requests of students for their certificates and courses
  • Handle the CMS of Broadway Infosys’s website to add details as per the need
  • Communicate with the whole team in case of any urgent tasks that need verification from the team
  • Communicate with trainers and staff regarding courses taught
  • Send emails and SMS to students with information about their classes, changes in timings, and days
  • Represent Broadway Infosys and communicate with various personnel who come to visit in the office or on an online basis
  • Keep records of various official transactions, hard and/or soft copies for easy access in the future
