Job Description:

This role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including content creation and editing, digital marketing, and internal communication. Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editing:

  • Write and edit high-quality content for blogs, websites, and other online platforms, ensuring grammatical accuracy and precision.
  • Develop content ideas, concepts, and create original and engaging articles, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Research industry trends and the latest news for contextual writing, incorporating these insights into content.
  • Produce content quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Assist in developing content for marketing, training materials, and internal communications.
  • Edit and update content to maintain accuracy and ensure alignment with the brand’s voice.

Digital Marketing & SEO:

  • Assist in executing digital marketing strategies, including content creation and social media management across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Google. It includes responding to chats and comments as well.
  • Contribute to email and SMS marketing campaigns, including content creation and template design.
  • Support digital marketing strategies to enhance SEO, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Write compelling copy for websites, promotional materials, advertisements, and social media.
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost SEO performance, leveraging tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and Moz.

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure content quality across all platforms.
  • Support internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management with IT or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication. Experience with digital marketing tools and content management systems is an advantage.
  • Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication in Nepali and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
  • Digital Marketing & Copywriting Skills: Experience in executing digital marketing plans, content creation, and SEO strategies. Expertise in persuasive copywriting for marketing, sales, and promotional content.
  • Creativity & Adaptability: A creative thinker with the ability to generate compelling content and copy. Capable of adapting to a dynamic environment and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Other Skills: Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and a professional, polite demeanor.
