Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in promoting My Cabin Café & Workstation through social media, content creation, and basic digital marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants handson learning and experience in marketing.

Key Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Intern will assist with:

1. Social Media Management

Create and post content on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Maintain posting schedule and ensure consistent branding
Reply to basic messages/comments and support customer engagement

2. Content Creation

Assist in making Reels, Stories, posts, and captions
Take photos/videos of café items, ambience, events, and customer activities
Support in designing posters/flyers (Canva preferred)

3. Promotions & Campaign Support

Help in planning offers, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
Promote coworking packages, café menu items, and events
Assist in boosting posts (if required)

4. Basic Marketing Reporting

Track engagement (likes, reach, followers, views)
Submit simple weekly performance updates
Suggest ideas to improve growth and engagement

5. Other Support

Coordinate with the team for content needs
Support marketing tasks assigned by supervisor

Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of social media platforms
Interest in digital marketing and branding
Good communication skills (English/Nepali)
Creative mindset and willingness to learn
Ability to work responsibly and meet deadlines

Canva designing skills
Basic video editing (CapCut/InShot)
Knowledge of hashtags, trends, and reel editing
Photography/videography skills
