Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues in laptops, desktops, and printers.
• Support the senior technician in assembling, disassembling, and repairing computer systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and inspection of devices.
• Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and basic software.
• Help in managing and documenting service reports, inventory, and spare parts.
• Assist in testing and quality-checking repaired devices before delivery.
• Provide basic technical support to internal staff or clients as required.
• Learn and follow safety standards and service procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• +2 or Bachelor’s running in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of OS installation (Windows/Linux) preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
