Key Responsibilities:

• Remote assistance to field technicians with installing and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with Unit Incharge and Field Assistant for installation and Troubleshoot.
• Assist to field technicians for troubleshooting and installation over the phone, Viber and WhatsApp.

  
Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in ISP technical support.
• +2 complete or bachelor's running in IT, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of networking.
• Good understanding of GPON architecture and FTTH Technology.
• Hands-on experience with routers and fiber cable.
• Proficient in MS Office and technical documentation.
• Basic knowledge of ONU installation and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Candidates should be flexible in any shift as required.

Preferred Skills (Plus point)

• Certifications like CCNA and CompTIA Network+.
• Good knowledge of field work.
