Job Overview
As an Account Executive at Mobility Freight, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support informed business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expense Management: Recording & categorizing all expenses incurred by the company such as fuel cost, vehicle maintenance, salaries, office rent, and utilities.
- Revenue Recognition: Tracking & recording revenue from the services provided by the vendor company, such as transportation fees, warehousing charges, handling, deliveries and DO's.
- Account Receivable & Accounts Payable: Managing payments from customers an to vendors, invoicing customers for service rendered, and ensuring timely payment of bills to vendors.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Developing budgets for various departments within the company and forecasting future financial performance based on historical data and market trends.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to provide an overview of the company's financial position and performance.
- Compliance & Taxation: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations applicable to logistics industry, filing tax returns, and maintaining proper documentation for audits.
- Reporting: Prepare and present accounting reports to the management on daily and weekly basis.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office package (especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel).
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills with ability to maintain vendor relationship.
- Ability to develop dynamic financial tools and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure maintaining healthy office environment.
