Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote trekking, tours, and adventure packages in Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan.
• Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization (on-page and off-page) for the company website and blogs.
• Manage and update website content, itineraries, and destination blogs with SEO-friendly descriptions.
• Run and monitor Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram campaigns targeting both domestic and international travelers.
• Handle social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn) — create engaging posts and reels.
• Build quality backlinks, local citations, and manage listings on Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, etc.
• Track website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahref and prepare progress reports.
• Collaborate with the content writing, photography, and web teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Research global travel trends, keywords, and audiences to improve international reach.
• Work on email marketing, blog outreach, and influencer collaborations to boost leads and visibility.
• Working in the office 10 am to 5 pm, 6 days a week. 

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-based, Business, or Tourism preferred.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and SEO (travel/tourism sector preferred).
• Strong understanding of SEO tools – Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
• Practical knowledge of WordPress, HTML basics, and content optimization.
• Experience in social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Creative mindset, data-driven, and passion for adventure & travel.
