Job Requirements / Qualifications

  • Any Bachelors' Degree with computer knowledge is mandatory (Preferably BIM, BBA)
  • Knowledge of MS Office Package, Email, Social Media Marketing is a must
  • Must be able to communicate with clients, partners, and above all, students of all age groups
  • Must possess excellent Nepali and English language abilities – communication via both is a must
  • Ability to write blog posts and related articles
  • The ability to check the quality and identify issues, related to grammar in our digital platforms (Website, Designs, and Social Media), is an addition
  • Must have the attitude to learn on-the-job
  • Should be able to multi-task as various types of tasks need to be handled
  • Polite and public speaking is a must
  • Must be a quick thinker and be able to generate ideas on-the-spot
  • The ability to work as a team and under pressure is a must

Job Description:

  • Handle posts, messages, comments, and reviews on all social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google
  • Handle the emails that are received or forwarded as per the need
  • Manage the data by entering them in as received via all social media platforms, emails, and phone calls
  • Demo content designs for various types of stickers, social media images, flexes, banners
  • Handle the CMS of Broadway Infosys’s website to add details as per the need
  • Communicate with the whole team in case of any urgent tasks that need verification from the team
  • Check the quality of various types of content that are created
  • Proofreading and sharing views with the supervisor once the content is generated
  • Communicate with trainers and staff regarding their reviews on social media platforms
  • Assist the team members with email and SMS templates as per the demand
  • Generate ideas about offers and events and communicate with the team on whether to make them active or not
  • Represent Broadway Infosys and communicate with various personnel who come to visit in the office or on an online basis
  • Keep records of various official transactions, hard and/or soft copies for easy access in the future
