Coordinate with clients and the teams, to understand the business requirements for the
requested project or feature.
Collect continuous feedback from clients and update the requirements during this process.
Design, create, and document process flows, technical requirements list, specifications, diagrams, scenarios, mockups, and/or models for the development team.
Review, test and create the solution from a business perspective to make it ready to deliver before the estimated time.
Prepare acceptance criteria and monitor the project board for continuous development and maintain required documentation in Project Management Tool
Ability to find innovative solutions to mitigate dependencies and risks for deliverables
Compile, collect, produce, and publish reports on necessary metrics.
Help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement.
Specifications:
MBA/MBS/IT field or any other relevant field
Pro at Microsoft Excel.
Excellent writing skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop cohesive working relationships with the internal development team and clients.
Flexibility to adapt to change and willingness to learn and develop new skill sets as applicable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytic, requirement elicitation, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
