With all the formal communication complete, an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) was completed and that was the final step before commencing classes officially.

Commencement and Conclusion of the Course

Any course’s commencement is something like you call “first impression is the last impression”. As such, the course’s base is the prime factor.

Base of any course acts as a key to other topics. As is present earlier, base level makes advance level easy. This is the approach by the instructor. And this approach is still receiving large applause from the candidates!
