Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills with a polite, interactive, and approaching tone
  • Basic know-how of IT-related courses to solve students’ queries over the phone calls (Training will be provided for a couple of weeks)
  • Basic knowledge of sales & marketing
  • At least 1-year experience in customer service/reception/call center
  • Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Problem-solving nature with a calm attitude to handle any type of student inquiries regarding the courses/services
  • Dedicated to finishing the follow-up calls in a timely manner
  • Highly motivated to convince students to visit the office for counseling
  • Organize records of student details for appropriate future follow-up
  • Ability to handle student complaints in a professional & respectful manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and under pressure
  • Build strong relationships to retain existing students by ensuring they are getting the best service. We believe retention of regular students brings potential new students
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Job Description:

  • Handle all telephone call
  • Conducting follow-up calls to prospective students who have expressed interest in the courses offered by the institution (converting them for admission)
  • Providing information about the IT training courses offered by the institution
  • Assisting students in selecting the appropriate training program based on their needs and career goals
  • Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with prospective students
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets set by the institution
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry trends and to enhance your knowledge of the courses offered by the institution
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure student satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate procurement and services required for the office
  • Maintain daily reports and submit them to the management
  • Deal with all inquiries professionally and courteously, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail

Note: This vacancy is for the morning shift 6 am to 10 am and the day shift 10 am to 6 pm (Sunday to Friday).
