  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction and constructive feedback positively.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies is a plus.
  • Experience in the women's clothing or ladies' products industry is desirable but not mandatory.

Job Description

  • Designing eye-catching graphics for digital and print materials, including but not limited to: social media posts, website banners, infographics, brochures, flyers, posters, newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Translating complex ideas and information into clear and compelling visual representations.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all design projects and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Conducting research on industry trends and best practices to enhance design concepts and stay updated on relevant technologies.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working closely with content creators, copywriters, and other team members to integrate visuals seamlessly with written content.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and feedback.
