Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an Entry-Level QA Engineer, you will work closely with our experienced QA team to test and validate software applications, identify defects, and ensure overall product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in test case design and documentation based on software requirements.
• Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on software applications.
• Report and track defects using issue tracking systems, such as Jira.
• Collaborate with software developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of testing environments.
• Conduct compatibility testing across different browsers, operating systems, and devices.
• Participate in team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Familiarity with software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of software testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of software quality assurance.
